Guide

Your products are guaranteed for two years by us, but before doing anything make sure to respect the following points:

  1. Check the condition of the material before sending
  2. Take the customer’s bill (to be included in the package with the RMA procedure)
  3. Fill out the form on this page to get your RMA agreement
  4. Upon acceptance, return the product in its original packaging, properly packaged (accessories, charger and remote control included according to the model) with the agreement and the bill. Volt © can not be held responsible for a product damaged during transport.

For a smartboard, before any return of product, we ask you to carry out the following steps:

  1. reset
  2. Re-calibrate (procedure available in the product manual).
